Read the trust deed once. Get every beneficial owner.
Upload a discretionary trust deed and Admiin pulls out the trustee, appointor, settlor and beneficiaries, maps them into a UBO structure, and puts every party in front of you to confirm. Then the AML/CTF checks go out from the same screen.

Add the trust's trustees, beneficiaries, settlors, appointors, protectors, guardians and controllers to start the required CDD checks.

This usually takes 2 to 3 minutes.
Every family trust in your book is a manual review.
Under tranche 2, a trust client is not one customer. It is a trustee, an appointor, a settlor and a beneficiary group, and you are expected to know who controls it before you act.
Open the PDF. Start scrolling.
- A 40 page deed, and the parties sit in four different clauses and two schedules.
- The appointor is easy to miss, and that is the party who actually holds control.
- Names get typed into a spreadsheet, then typed again into a verification tool.
- Deeds of variation and change of trustee documents rarely get checked against the original.
- Nobody knows whether the list was complete until someone asks for the file.
Upload the deed. Review the parties.
- Every party comes back with its role and the clause it was found in.
- Appointors, guardians and protectors are surfaced alongside the trustee, not buried under it.
- Corporate trustees resolve to the company, so you can work down to its directors.
- Nothing is committed until you confirm it. Add, remove or correct any party first.
- Confirm the structure and the AML/CTF checks go out to every party at once.
Four steps, and only one of them is yours.
The reading is automated. The judgement stays with you.
Upload the deed
Drop the PDF into the client's Verification tab. Up to 25 MB, including scanned deeds, deeds of variation and change of trustee documents.
Admiin reads it
The deed is parsed clause by clause. Each named person or entity is matched to the role the deed gives it, with the clause reference kept against it.
Review the parties
Everything arrives as a suggestion in the ownership table. Add a party the deed does not name, remove one that has retired, or correct a role.
Confirm and verify
Confirm the UBO structure and the checks go out. Individuals verify by ID, entities resolve through ASIC, and the CDD report is ready to download.
The roles that decide who your customer actually is.
Beneficial ownership in a discretionary trust follows control as well as benefit. Admiin extracts both sides.
Trustee
Individual or corporate. Corporate trustees are returned as an entity so you can work down to directors and shareholders rather than stopping at the company name.
Appointor and guardian
The party who can remove and replace the trustee, plus any protector or guardian with a consent power. This is where control usually sits, and it is the party most often missed.
Settlor
Pulled from the schedule with the settled sum. Often an accountant or solicitor from decades ago, and still a party you need on file.
Named beneficiaries
Primary and specified beneficiaries listed in the deed or its schedules, each returned against the clause that names them.
Beneficiary classes
General classes such as children, grandchildren and related entities are flagged rather than ignored, so you decide who is in scope instead of finding out later.
Changes since settlement
Upload a deed of variation or a change of trustee document and the ownership table updates, so the file reflects who holds each role today.
Verifying the trustee is not verifying the trust.
Most firms check the trustee and move on. In a discretionary trust, the trustee can usually be removed at will by the appointor, which means control sits one level above the party being verified.
Admiin returns the full control chain from the deed, so the party who can replace the trustee ends up on the file next to the trustee, not missing from it.
See how verification works →The checks start where the reading finished.
There is no export, no re-keying and no second tool. Confirm the UBO structure and every extracted party moves straight into AML/CTF verification inside the same client record.
- Individuals verify by ID document and biometric check.
- Corporate trustees resolve through ASIC, with directors carried through.
- PEP and sanctions screening runs across every party.
- Outstanding parties chase themselves, so you are not the follow up.
- The CDD report downloads as one file, deed attached.

Does this replace my judgement on who the beneficial owners are?
What if the deed is an old scan?
How does it handle corporate trustees?
What about beneficiary classes rather than named beneficiaries?
What does it cost?
Where does the deed and the extracted data go?
