What is your lodgement process actually costing you?
Two numbers most firms never add up: what you pay for the tools, and what the manual process costs in admin hours. Adjust the fields below.
Takes about 30 seconds
What you pay now
Annual spend on the tools Admiin replaces. Leave a field at zero if you do not use it.
DocuSign, FuseSign, Annature or similar
Per-check fees or an annual plan
Anything doing merges, templates or storage for lodgements
SMS credits, payment tools, chasing tools
What the process costs in hours
Cover letter, merging, sending, chasing signatures, chasing payment, fixing PRNs.
Firms we have timed sit around 25 minutes
Salary plus on-costs, not the charge-out rate
Cash you stop spending
Your current tool spend. E-signing, cover letters, follow-ups and payments are included in Admiin at no extra cost.
Admin hours you get back
At 4 minutes per lodgement instead of 25. That is 840 hours, or about $37,800 of admin time.
That is $20,000 of cash and 840 hours of capacity a year, without hiring anyone.

What it looks like once the process runs itself
Logicca, tracked over a full month, same headcount
Saved a year by one firm that moved its stack to Admiin
Of documents signed within 48 hours
Across 50+ firms on the platform
Hours are shown separately from cash on purpose. Tool spend is money that leaves the firm. Hours are capacity you get back, which most firms put into more lodgements rather than fewer staff. Read how Logicca cut its lodgement admin by 75 per cent.
Before you run the numbers
What does one lodgement actually cost a firm?
Two things. The share of your annual tool spend that sits behind the lodgement (e-signing, identity checks, document tools, SMS and payment fees), and the admin time it takes to produce a cover letter, merge the pack, chase the signature and chase the payment. Firms we have timed sit at about 25 minutes of admin per lodgement. At $45 an hour that is roughly $19 of labour per lodgement before the tools are counted.
Where does the four minutes come from?
Logicca tracked its lodgement process over a full month with the same headcount. Verification, cover letter, tax binding, engagement letter and e-signature run as a single automated workflow, so the admin work drops to reviewing and releasing. Their end to end admin time fell by 75 per cent.
Does Admiin replace our e-signing and AML tools?
Yes. E-signatures, AML and KYC verification, engagement letters, document requests, invoicing and payments are all included in the platform, so those line items come out of your annual spend rather than sitting alongside it.
Do we have to cut staff to see the saving?
No, and most firms do not. Cash and hours are shown separately for that reason. Tool spend is money that leaves the firm. Hours are capacity, and firms typically put that capacity into more lodgements rather than fewer people.
More detail on the workflow itself: tax pack preparation, AML and KYC and engagement letters.
